David Robertson joined Universal Title in February of 2014 to help launch and manage their Falls Church office. Prior to joining Universal Tite, Mr. Robertson was a Branch Manager and Settlement Attorney with MBH Settlement Group for over nine years. Mr. Robertson also has over ten years’ experience as an attorney practicing in the real estate field. Mr. Robertson has taught continuing education seminars for licensed real estate agents on topics including Fair Housing, Short Sales, REO Sales, Legal Updates, Real Estate Sales Contracts, Unconventional Transactions, Ethics, and Agency Law.
Sylvia Lindler joined Universal Title in 2004 as part of the processing team. Over the course of the years she assisted as the Operations Manager and led the Post closing team in our Corporate office. Sylvia joined the Falls Church team in November 2017 as their Operations Manager. Prior to Joining Universal Title, she worked in the hospitality business in the Reservations Department and later joined the Accounting Department managing payroll and accounts payable. In the previous years, Sylvia attended Northern Virginia Community College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, going to the beach, Horseback riding, traveling and supports all the sports and civil activities her children participate.
Bob Adcock joined Universal Title in June of 2018. Before joining Universal Title, Mr. Adcock worked for over 24 years developing and maintaining digital map databases used in navigation systems. Now instead of getting you from door to door with directions, he is helping you get in the door of your new home! In his spare time, he has been volunteering time with the youth group at his church for the last 16 years and exploring historical sites around the country.
Karla Alvarenga has worked for Universal title for four year as a post closer and processor in the McLean and Arlington offices and recently joined the Falls Church team. She has lived in Alexandria for many years, graduated from Mt. Vernon High School and Northern Virginia Community College. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, especially hiking trips.

Annie Tek joined Universal Title, Falls Church in 2016. Prior to joining Universal Title, Annie was a Loan Processor at a local Credit Union in Alexandria. While working full time she attended George Mason University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, Law and Society. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, doing outdoor activities!
